On October of 2010, Kevin would then move to Milwaukee, where cars started to build more of an interest in his mind as he would watch Formula 1 on early Sunday mornings, and NASCAR on TV. In 2015, his father took him and his two brothers to the Milwaukee Mile for his very first race with IndyCar stars like Will Power, Scott Dixon, and Sébastien Bourdais, who would win the ABC Wisconsin 250 that weekend.
This time period is where he would enlist as a student-athlete for the university’s racing team (Wisconsin Racing). He elected in the FSAE division, where the team would build 1:3 scale of a Formula 1 car for competition at the end of the academic year for the Combustion and the Electric cars. Kevin was on the aerodynamics sub-team. He would learn how to efficiently use SOLIDWORKS and run simulations with Star CCM+ programs before upgrading his engineering licenses to use heavy equipment and machinery to create parts for both of the car’s front wings. Retired early and not competing his senior year, Kevin would see the team earn…

“Everyone always wants the best for everyone, from everyone. Even when we make mistakes, the help is always there. No mission too difficult. No sacrifice too great.”

Kevin would move on to working full time as President of a student organization with four of his now lifelong friends from university as their desired goal is to inspire and jumpstart companies or products that students from the university regardless of their pathway. Combined experiences from competitions and test trials with smaller products, they shared all of their experiences to help others earn while they learn, or get a jumpstart on their entrepreneurship past graduation. Kevin started out working as a Marketing Director, where he led a small team to help produce content on social media pages before becoming elected to lead the entire organization.

Now, Kevin travels wherever he goes for racing for small personal projects all across the country, while also attending the Milwaukee Mile for Indycar every year since its return in 2024. He also continues to sim race on his setup with the latest Gran Turismo 7, every now and then to keep up with his racing skills anywhere he goes if ever an opportunity comes to work closer with a motorsport team. He currently works with the Family of Gregg McKarns for video production at two of his locations, Madison International Speedway (Oregon, WI) and Angell Park Speedway (Sun Prairie, WI). While Kevin earns experience in motorsports videography, he is open to new experiences outside of motorsports, whether it is content creation for his YouTube channel, graduation photos for his friends, or other tasks that brings him and his camera along.
